The location is perfect, close to shopping, cafes, and Hyde Park. The staff is incredible - thanks to Robin, Elisabeth, Bianca, and Peter. The property is newly renovated, clean, and shiny. The room is clean with good quality bedding. The neighborhood is spotless, safe, and quiet. The shower has hot water and good pressure. The location is convenient with multiple underground stations and bus routes nearby.

For us, it was ideal.

the venue has a nice size and well-equipped rooms and incredible location close enough to a subway station. very amiable and professional people are working here. this apartment has a nice sized bathroom. you can prepare your own meals in kitchenette.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay in London. The location was marvellous and stunning, situated in a nice area. The apartment was near coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was well-maintained and my requests were met. I highly recommend this place.

I loved it, will be back. Everything was perfect. They were excellent co-operating and affable, what more could you ask for. A hair dryer and bath sheets were a bonus. It was incredible and magnificent to tube stations & bus stops.

I recently stayed at Cleveland Apartments for a week while in town for business. The location was ideal, with multiple train stops within walking distance and plenty of nearby amenities. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and checkout a breeze. The quiet and upscale neighborhood was exactly what I was looking for.

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to Paddington Station and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and had all the essentials like a kitchen, hair dryer, iron, TV, and table with chairs. the area was quiet, making for a peaceful stay.

The location of the apartments is great, with easy access to central London and nearby amenities such as coffee shops and supermarkets. the Studio Apartment we booked was exceptional, with modern interiors and great facilities like an iron, ironing board, fridge, and smart TV. the staff was also very helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were not cleaned and had to ask for towel changes.
